Collaboration in context from Clarizen

Work collaboration provider Clarizen, has unveiled its new Fall Release, which brings workplace productivity tools together in a single solution. Clarizen V. 6, which was introduced last year, now offers new customization, configuration, visualization and digital proofing enhancements.

Clarizen highlights the follow key features of the Fall Release:

Clarizen Panels. Users have a new way to visualize any data (via panel or page), whether internal or external to Clarizen. Users can create any Clarizen view or Custom Page at an organizational level, similar to any other module in Clarizen. As a platform from which users can access all mission-critical work, Clarizen allows users to create panels that show KPIs for portfolios and projects or access external charting tools to create and share project-related charts.

Clarizen Home. A single page contains all daily work items, cases and relevant conversations. Clarizen Home also includes quick access to common actions, recent items and new items. Users can customize the page to show specific fields and data. The page is accessible from the main navigation and can be set as a user’s default Clarizen landing page.

Optimized digital proofing. Clarizen’s new partnership/integration with ProofHQ allows users to proof any digital file, from a simple text document to commercial videos and Flash applications, in full context with Clarizen workflows, projects and tasks. Workers can create new proofs and manage them for any uploaded file in Clarizen. The result is a streamlined and simplified review and approval process for design assets.

Box-Clarizen integration enhancements. Box users can now seamlessly connect and view their Box work files and folders from within Clarizen. Workers can also easily create new folders and upload new files to Box directly from Clarizen by connecting them to tasks, work items and projects. Also, users can create folders automatically and include all template files associated with a project to share with project stakeholders.
