Cardknox revamps Merchant Portal

Cardknox, an omnichannel payment gateway and a Fidelity Payments company, is releasing a redesigned Cardknox Merchant Portal, featuring advanced tools for reporting and transaction processing.

The updated portal sports a modern design, intuitive navigation and search filters, robust reporting capabilities, and credit card and ACH processing options to automate invoicing.

The portal's feature-rich capabilities enable merchants to enjoy a full-service payment processing experience that reduces the need for additional technical support.

The Cardknox Merchant Portal's new features and layout were designed with a focus on providing merchants with the most streamlined user experience possible.

Improvements include:

  • Self-Service: Its wide array of settings and intuitive layout means that merchants can perform more tasks on their own—in a lot less time.
  • Flexible Transaction Monitoring: Users can view, locate, process, refund, and print transactions all in one place.
  • Powerful Reporting: Quick report links allow merchants to generate reports within seconds, and extensive filter options make it a breeze to create custom reports.
  • Automated Invoicing: With the Cardknox Merchant Portal's custom payment form generator and recurring payment scheduling tools, merchants can accept repeat or one-time payments with ease.

"We are constantly making enhancements to the portal to improve the user experience, and we feel confident that the upgrades we've made will enhance our merchants' account management capabilities,” said Says Yanky Weiss, CTO at Cardknox. “And in turn, we look forward to seeing developers and independent software vendors benefit from this self-service platform that reduces the need for them to provide hands-on technical support to their clients."
