Aptean upgrades Saratoga CRM

Aptean has launched Version 6.8.1 of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution, Saratoga, which now features enhanced user performance through additional capabilities and improved user interface.

Saratoga 6.8.1 includes numerous new features and enhancements to rich, thin and device server software, including a new iPhone application. Customers using a thin client are no longer restricted to the Internet Explorer browser family and can now use Firefox or Safari as well as Internet Explorer.

Saratoga’s new integration support for 64-bit Office 2010 enables full Outlook and Word integration support for users running both 64-bit platforms and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office 2010. Continuing enhancements to all of the Saratoga platforms provide customers with improved functionality and current operating system and RDBMS support.
