Aptean releases Pivotal CRM 6.5
Aptean has launched the latest version of its enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Pivotal 6.5 is said to provide a broad range of CRM capabilities, including sales automation, marketing management and customer service delivery. Aptean adds V. 6.5 delivers a completely redesigned sales automation user experience that enables secure, mobile access from any device.
The latest version of Pivotal features new user experience capabilities based on specific input from the customer base, including:
- enhanced options for mobile sales users, such as creating e-mails, appointments and tasks, as well as having access to their calendar while in the field;
- mapping functionality enabling sales users to see where their customer is located, then plot the route; and
- an action center that allows users to create their own dashboard by adding graphs.
