Marketing research firm adopts technology to support growth
Kadence International, a global marketing insight agency, has chosen technology from Confirmit to support its broad vision for growth.
Kadence will use Confirmit Horizons to power the company’s data solutions and insight business areas. Multimode data collection software, Horizon CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing) and Horizon CAPI (computer-assisted personal interviewing) will help streamline Kadence’s processes. Confirmit Reportal will provide dashboards that make insights easier to share among users.

Kadence has signed a three-year agreement with Confirmit, which it believes will support the three key elements it focuses on: being impact-driven, method-neutral and people-focused.
