Live training over the Web

Electronic Scrip Inc. (ESI, also known as eScrip) will facilitate online training for education fundraising with a solution from Cisco. ESI will use Cisco’s WebEx Training Center to share training information and best practices with all participating schools and organization, regardless of location.

"WebEx makes it possible for us to train our school coordinators with real-time, online training, removing geographic distance and costly travel for these volunteers, while improving outreach and convenience," says Joanne Remillard, executive VP of ESI. "Historically, coordinators who have attended our WebEx online training sessions have seen a marked increase in participation and funding dollars. Many of these coordinators help their schools raise $50,000 to $75,000 or more annually."

Cisco WebEx applications are designed to improve collaboration and productivity by enhancing business processes like sales and training with efficient, Web-based interactions.
