Delivering a custom financial accounting solution
To increase efficiency and lower labor costs, Schneider-Neureither & Partner (SNP), an SAP integration specialist headquartered in Germany, has centralized the financial accounts of multiple branches into one shared services center.
With the integration of technology from AnyDoc Software into the SAP workflow at SNP and also the parallel establishment of a central financial accounting system across several countries, incoming invoices and expense reports now can be bundled into the one shared services center.
Specifically, AnyDocINVOICE and AnyDocREMIT complement an integrated partner solution from Sivis called SAM Invoice, which is as an SAP interface. The resulting process, which was implemented in 15 days, is said to be highly transparent, according to AnyDoc Software.
With the new solution, incoming invoices are scanned at individual SNP offices in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, with the images sent to the centralized shared services center for verification and processing. AnyDocINVOICE retrieves all relevant master data from the SAP system and supplies SAM Invoice with the extracted and validated invoice data. Multiple users can access AnyDocINVOICE simultaneously, and additional users can be added easily, AnyDoc Software reports.

Using the same shared services solution is said to have also eased the expense report process for SNP consultants who operate worldwide.
