IntelliSearch Enterprise has three standard user-interfaces adoptable to different functional needs and work situations. The interfaces are:

- MyPage—is a configurable search and monitoring web page. MyPage saves searches for reuse along with letting the user set up a number of fixed search queries that run automatically and then notify the user when there is a relevant result by email, a text message or a RSS feed.
- Knowledge Assistant—is a new interface that automatically searches and alerts the worker, when using Word-for-Windows, of similar documents to the one she is currently working on. The Knowledge Assistant proactively, continuously and automatically finds similar documents—both from internal and external sources
