SpringCM introduces Salesforce apps

SpringCM has unveiled the File it! and Get it! apps for SpringCM for Salesforce. SpringCM for Salesforce embeds a secure content cloud in Salesforce that makes it easier to store, share and work with content—all without leaving Salesforce.

File it! embeds SpringCM on a Salesforce page, such as an account, opportunity or case, to work with content specific to that page. SpringCM says this app provides a user experience that shortens the time spent finding, creating and reviewing key documents.

Get it! delivers content based on characteristics of Salesforce fields, such as the competitor in an opportunity. By providing content at precisely the moment it’s needed, Get it! ensures a company’s investment in marketing materials and sales tools actually pays off, according to SpringCM.

The company says both apps can be quickly configured and deployed, allowing Salesforce customers to replace shared drives, personal file storage apps, old school content management systems and e-mail alerts.
