Interwoven and Kofax strengthen partnership

Interwoven and Kofax have entered into a reseller agreement, providing customers an end-to-end ECM solution from a single vendor.

Under the new arrangement, Kofax Ascent Capture will be integrated with Interwoven¹s Web Content Management, Document Management and Content Intelligence offerings. Through the tight integration of Ascent with Content Intelligence, the companies claim, users can increase the efficiency and accuracy of their content retrieval and reuse, because metadata is automatically applied to content to help users more accurately file and search for content.
