Recommind launches latest version

Recommind has released MindServer Legal 4.0, an enhanced version of its flagship legal enterprise search platform. Version 4.0 includes new "smart-filters," which help attorneys pinpoint the critical information they are looking for at the click of a button.

The company claims that with the new offering, law firms can give attorneys easy and intuitive tools to find the information they need within the firm, making them more productive and allowing them to better serve their clients. Recommind adds that MindServer Legal 4.0 provides immediate context for the results that are returned, including such information as what client/matter is associated with a document, who last edited a document or to which practice area the document is related.

Further, MindServer's faceted navigation feature, using the new smart-filters, enables users to quickly narrow results based on multiple criteria such as practice group, office, author, client, matter, jurisdiction and more. Users can also instantly filter down to a more focused set of results, allowing them to perform complex legal research in a matter of seconds.
