TeamViewer Rolls Out New Release of Flagship Collaboration Platform

TeamViewer, a global software provider for IoT, connectivity, monitoring, support and collaboration, has announced general availability of TeamViewer 13, a faster, smoother version of its flagship product with more efficient remote support.

TeamViewer 13 includes accelerated remote support with Instant Connect, Recent Connections, Essential Asset Management, and Extended Device Dashboards; hardware accelerated scaling that leverages the rendering power of CPU and GPU; new identity and access management, available as a preview, that enables centralized control of TeamViewer accounts in organizational groups and an additional authentication factor; a preview of a new native Linux client; and enhanced mobile device support to boost help desk capabilities.
