RSD upgrades information governance portfolio

RSD has released new versions of EOS and RSD Folders, two elements of the company’s family of information governance solutions. RSD explains EOS 2.1 is an output management solution designed to boost productivity and reduces costs by automatically capturing information generated throughout the organization, creating customized report packets and delivering them online, in print or via e-mail. In addition to a host of other new features, Version 2.1 provides enhanced Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard functionality.

RSD Folders 5.1 is a document archiving and records management solution that allows organizations to capture, store, retrieve and classify content by any legacy, ERP or PC-based application. The new version provides full-text search and makes it possible to associate records with laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Both EOS and RSD Folders integrate with RSD GLASS, the company’s platform for managing global corporate information governance programs for electronic and physical records.
