Managing content and process

Lexmark International, has recently acquired ISYS Search Software and Brainware. The two companies will become part of Lexmark’s standalone business unit Perceptive Software, a provider of content and process management solutions.

ISYS has been focused on the enterprise search arena since its launch in 1988 and is well recognized for its software solutions for virtual data aggregation, enterprise content management, text analytics, e-mail archiving, e-discovery and data loss prevention.

Brainware is well known for its intelligent data capture platform Distiller, which is widely deployed in invoice automation, remittance processing, mailroom automation and order processing environments.
