Kofax introduces Analytics for Capture
Kofax has unveiled Analytics for Capture, which provides business intelligence and analytics for Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules users.
The company explains Analytics for Capture offers out-of-the-box dashboards that provide visibility into the performance of Kofax capture solutions. The offering provides near real-time reports, metrics and trends related to system performance, accuracy and productivity, enabling administrators and managers to optimize processes and obtain actionable information more quickly.
Kofax says Kofax Analytics for Capture:
- uncovers real-time trends of processes, thus enabling more timely decisions;
- empowers business users with self-service, interactive dashboards to provide process and business insight without the need to involve IT to build new reports or adjust database queries;
- allows managers to adjust dashboards on the fly and share them with other users; and
- provides easy access to and consolidates data from multiple Kofax capture installations and applies security roles to protect data accordingly.
