KM for sales effectiveness

StreetSmarts has released Version 5.0 of its namesake software, which has been engineered for improving enterprise sales effectiveness. The enhanced product release coincides with the official introduction of StreetSmarts as a new, independent company founded by Dave Batt.

StreetSmarts 5.0 is based on a software-as-a-service platform that unites companywide knowledge management and enterprise social networking components to deliver business value for sales effectiveness, channel enablement, training reinforcement and transforming intellectual capital into actionable knowledge.

The company further claims to directly address market trends of how to manage information overload, capture tribal knowledge locked in experts’ heads, maximize existing investments in business applications and tap into a distributed workforce where user-generated content is prevalent.
