Enhanced e-discovery from FTI Technology

FTI Technology has announced Ringtail Version 8, its e-discovery software. Described as a fully integrated processing, review, analysis and production platform, Ringtail 8 includes a new user interface for increased productivity, database enhancements for greater scalability and administration, as well as additional production features for improved automation and speed.

FTI Technology reports Ringtail 8, which is available in on-premise, software as a service (SaaS) and hybrid models, offers existing and new users a number of feature enhancements, including:

New intuitive user interface (UI)--The new Ringtail UI, designed with direct client input, will increase the speed and accuracy of reviewers, while also enabling a customized experience to support different case requirements.

Faster and more exacting production--With additional redaction and production features, the Ringtail 8 production module now enables more automation and speed to meet tight deadlines, including a reported 70 percent improvement in production speeds.

Integrated processing--With processing functionality directly integrated with review, analysis and production, Ringtail 8 users can do more of the e-discovery process on one tool.

Better performance--Ringtail 8 includes a number of additional improvements to existing features such as duplicate handling, reporting and easier searching across the entire data set.
