Contextware, Castle Ventures partner

Contextware, winner of the 2006 KM Promise Award, has signed Castle Ventures as a service provider partner. The companies report Castle Ventures will add Contextware OS to its solutions portfolio focused on helping organizations in the financial services, healthcare and life sciences fields reduce costs and operate more effectively by improving their business processes.

Contextware reports that under the terms of this agreement, Castle Ventures will target current clients as well as new business opportunities. In particular, Castle Ventures will look to introduce Contextware in environments that don't necessarily lend themselves well to a traditional business process management (BPM) toolset. Contextware says that unlike "traditional" BPM, its solution allows users to define business processes and ties users to everything--instructions, records, laws, policies and people--in a single common interface for reference and learning while they are involved in the process.
