Interwoven has released a new solution, Collaborative Document Management, which has been designed to increase business agility by optimizing enterprise collaboration of document-intensive business processes.
The company says the new offering facilitates team-based collaboration across a wide range of business processes, such as marketing planning, product launches, proposal and contract development, customer support, corporate legal matters and general project management. Collaborative Document Management includes a new version of WorkSite MP 5.0, providing users with enhanced search capabilities and a richer user experience, says Interwoven.
Collaborative Document Management consists of the following products:
WorkSite MP 5.0--an enterprise application that includes new implementation capabilities that speed deployment and strengthen business process management for interoperability with other enterprise systems and processes; includes comprehensive capabilities for facilitating e-discovery and e-mail management, as well as improved language support to simplify global deployments.
Content Integration Module--a flexible framework and set of adapters that enable automated taxonomy building and rules-driven Web publishing from WorkSite MP 5.0; uses both metadata and events to automate the creation of knowledgebases and collateral publishing for improved content consistency and efficiency.
Interwoven MetaTagger--an enhanced content intelligence application that automatically categorizes content and extracts information based on business requirements, organizational standards, taxonomies and collective knowledge.
