A “smart” knowledgebase from Bloomfire

Bloomfire has added a number of new features to its people-driven knowledgebase that allow users to prioritize the content individuals need to do their jobs. The Bloomfire application automatically organizes member posts, questions and series into relevant feeds, so that people can quickly find knowledgebase content and answers to questions.

Highlights include:

  • Your Feed delivers content and answers that are automatically curated based on an individual’s interactions with people and contributions.
  • Recent includes the most recent content and answers.
  • Popular displays the most viewed content and answers.

Bloomfire has also launched Groups, which has been designed to make it easier for people to connect with co-workers who have the information and answers they need. Members can create or opt-in to a group to share knowledge around a specific topic or project. Bloomfire starts at $200 per month for up to 25 users, offering free unlimited content sharing, file storage and technical support. Bloomfire offers a 14-day free trial.
