Russ Yoshinaka is the senior director of legal affairs of ZANTAZ, Inc., a leading provider of content archiving and discovery management solutions based in Pleasanton, CA, with offices in Boston, New York, Ottawa and London. Prior to joining ZANTAZ, Yoshinaka practiced corporate and securities law in the Menlo Park office of Venture Law Group (before its merger with Heller Ehrman) and prior to that he practiced commercial litigation in the San Francisco office of Bingham McCutchen.
