Fara Haron is CEO of North America, Ireland, and Southeast Asia, and EVP of Global Clients of customer experience services group Majorel.

She leads a rapidly growing team of customer service professionals helping companies with their global customer service strategy, providing top-notch customer engagement to some of the world’s largest and most respected brands.

Majorel was formed in 2019 through the merger of the customer relationship management businesses of Bertelsmann and the Saham Group, bringing together the former Arvato CRM Solutions, Phone Group, ECCO Outsourcing, and Pioneers Outsourcing.
