Mark Woollen, Vice-President, Products, joined InQuira in 2004 as vice president of products. Prior to joining InQuira, he was group director for Siebel Systems' service and call-center products. There, he grew the company's Web service product line to the number-one position in e-CRM market share. Woollen has more than 10 years experience in technical sales, marketing and product management in both internet and customer relationship management (CRM) software applications. In addition to his work at Siebel, he has also held positions at Oracle Corporation and Advent Software.
