Michael K. Ball brings more than 22 years of experience in the fields of content, knowledge and information technology to his position as Vice-President of Marketing for SER Solutions. Prior to being named Vice-President of Marketing, Ball served in numerous roles during his ten years at SER, including Vice-President of Product Management. Ball was also instrumental in launching two of SER’s award-winning technology solutions—SERsynergy™ and SERdistiller™. Prior to joining SER, Ball served as Data Center Manager for several financial institutions, including the Federal Reserve in Baltimore, Maryland.
