Prior to OnDemand, Phil spent 14 years at Microsoft in General Management and Director-level positions focused on sales, marketing, business development, and channel management.As General Manager, Phil developed Microsoft Federal Systems' business model and grew their business to $250 million in revenue. He was Director of Microsoft Enterprise Alliances, responsible for developing, negotiating and managing Go-To-Market strategies and programs with companies that included Compaq/Digital, Hewlett-Packard and NCR.
