As Coveo’s vice president of global marketing, James Waters leads the company’s corporate and product marketing divisions. He brings to this role more than 18 years of experience in marketing and operations. James has an extensive background within a wide variety of large-company and start-up environments, and has driven the success of companies such as Fast Search & Transfer (FAST), PTC, edocs (acquired by Oracle), Performix Technologies (NICE) and StreamServe.

Most recently, Waters was senior director of worldwide corporate alliances and partner marketing for StreamServe, a leader in dynamic enterprise publishing. There, he led six teams of international marketers that contributed sales support and new product launches to the company’s most profitable quarter since its inception in 1995.
