Biographical Information
Jean Ferré, a graduate of the École Polytechnique and former Ph.D. student in industrial economics from the École des Mines and Université of Dauphine, began his career as consultant at Mac Group and AT Kearney. He then worked as business developer in Argentina and USA for the American cable system operator TCI. From 1997 to 2002 he was co-founder and CEO of the software company Arisem—now a subsidiary of Thales. In 2002, he was Managing Director of BPI GmbH before initiating a LBO on Sinequa in 2004 to reposition the company on the Knowledge Access market.
