He is adept at creating a culture of sharing and alignment against a common set of objectives, across all functional teams responsible for supporting product success.
Hicks' career includes senior roles at integrated communications agencies with a B2B focus, supporting the marketing needs of multi-national high-tech organizations, and has honed his marketing skills across a variety of functional marketing roles. Prior to joining Igloo, Mike led enterprise marketing and global demand generation for the software portfolio at BlackBerry through their pivot to being a software-driven company.
