Yair Dembinsky is the Chief Knowledge Officer for Rafael Ltd, a large Israeli company (5000 people) in the defense industry. Yair has B.Sc in mathematics and M.Sc in computer sciences. He defines himself first and foremost as a manager, with more than 20 years experience as a manager and 8 years experience in KM. In addition to his post as CKO, Yair lectures and teaches KM at various courses and conferences.
