Tom Koulopoulos

Thomas M. Koulopoulos is the author of four books, president of the Boston-based Delphi Group, professor of Knowledge Management at the Boston College Wallace E.Carroll Graduate School of Management and one of the industry's six most influential consultants according toInformation Week Magazine.

Mr. Koulopoulos is recognized internationally as an industry authority on the subject of knowledge management, workflow and technologies for business process redesign.
