Carl Frappaolo

Carl Frappaolo is executive vice president and cofounder of The Delphi Group. Delphi provides over 20,000 clients with consulting, market research, seminars and publications.

Carl is a frequent lecturer at industry shows around the world and is a frequent contributor to industry publications such as ComputerWorld, InformationWeek, KMWorld, Business Week, Databased Advisor, Imaging Magazine, Network World, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal. He has authored an exhaustive text on the technological and business issues related to the deployment of electronic documents; Electronic Document Management Systems: A PortableConsultant (McGraw-Hill, NY), and is recognized as the industry authority on the subject of document management for business process redesign.
