Bill Forquer is the executive vice president, ECM business development for Open Text. He is responsible for overseeing strategy and operations for a variety of market segments, including media and entertainment, education K-12, information access, wireless technologies and content integration with mid-market systems. Over his past eight years with Open Text, Forquer has held executive positions responsible for marketing, partners and alliance programs. During his tenure in both business development and marketing, he has championed key strategic initiatives in the company including the introduction of its line-of-business solutions and the expansion of the company's compliance solutions, including its corporate governance offerings. He has been with Open Text since June, 1998.
