eQuorum Releases ImageSite 10.1 Document Management Solution

eQuorum has announced major new features in Version 10.1 of ImageSite, its document management solution for manufacturers, architects, engineers, utilities, universities, and government.

ImageSite, which can be implemented as both an internal document management system and as a cloud-based collaboration solution, is a single source document management solution that allows for automation, distribution, and collaboration among users across entire enterprises.

Because ImageSite is entirely HTML5-based, it’s accessible by any operating system or mobile device without client software or mobile apps.

Major enhancements in the new release include the ability for user interfaces to be configured for one user, then copied to other users and groups so all have identical, preconfigured search and user interface configurations; and the ability for organizations to customize their eQuorum Engine-Box subscription with signage.

In addition, all grid type views are now downloadable as a CSV file; customers can set up rules to determine when to lock out IP address ranges when login failures occur; newly created passwords must now meet a rigorous standard; and new controls restrict transmittals from being changed or resent, and prohibit using non-project files.
