Global 360 has launched its Business Optimization Server (BOS), a complete business process management and optimization solution that provides modeling, simulation, run-time performance management and process analytics based on BPM standards. The company further says BOS is architected to leverage disparate workflow and legacy enterprise applications.

BOS is said to enable business analysts, line-of-business managers and executives to gain visibility into their business processes and adapt to changes in the business, such as unexpected changes in resources and work volumes, or perform contingency planning for business continuity in a disaster recovery scenario.

Global 360 adds that the new offering allows users to:

• analyze why business objectives are not being met;
  
• create an end-to-end view of business processes and monitor all business activity, independent of the system in which the events occur;
  
• set key performance indicators and manage process behavior to maximize process performance;
  
• gain visibility and control, as well as react quickly when changes occur;
  
• analyze what impact business process will have on business efficiency and productivity before the change takes place; and
  
• document existing business processes and their interdependencies.
