Novell CFO Resigns
Novell (Provo, UT) senior VP and CFO James Tolonen has resigned, and Novell has hired Dennis Raney temporarily to the position. Tolonen will remain with Novell through April 30. Raney, a former CFO with QAD, California Microwave, General Magic and Bristol Myers Squibb-pharmaceutical, will be responsible for all financial activities, corporate facilities worldwide and information systems. A search has begun for a permanent replacement.
