A.I. Tech Software and Inxight have joined forces to introduce new software designed to improve and enhance existing CRM, service and support products.
A.I. Tech says its knowledge management system, LIPS (Language Intelligent Processing Software), which is powered by Inxight, will enable users to make informed decisions by offering a way to discover information with precise results, finding relationships among data from both structured and unstructured sources.
A.I. Tech explains that LIPS supports requests in several forms, including e-mail, Web forms, documents, phone logs, etc. It is fully customizable, says the company, and has a rules management interface that enables users to intuitively define and create rules to find information. Further, it says, it automates any activity or function defined in an application’s API, while defining the rules to be executed. Security and privacy are enhanced by creating rules that manage access down to the field-level.
A.I. Tech is initially targeting the healthcare industry with its LIPS technology, but it claims additional products in development will enable users in other verticals to make informed decisions by providing them with a way to accurately harvest, organize, relate and query information from diverse sources.
