Intraspect lands new venture capital

Intraspect has received another $4.5 million in its third round of venture capital financing. Participating investors include AVI Capital, Telos Venture Partners, Sippl Macdonald Ventures, RWI Group L.P. and the Sand Hill Financial Company. With the infusion Intraspect plans to upgrade its collaboration and knowledge-sharing product to enterprise-wide scalability, and aggressively expand its sales and marketing efforts. Look for Intraspect to sharpen its application focus, expand its markets and develop enhancements to its core product, according to president and CEO Jim Pflaging.
