Kanisa and webMethods form alliance

Kanisa reports it will embed webMethods' complete suite of integration adapters. Under the terms of the agreement, webMethods becomes Kanisa's standard within its Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) module. As a result, the companies say, Kanisa customers benefit not only from easy and cost-effective integration with a wide variety of CRM applications, but also from Kanisa's unique use of case and customer context to drive optimal service resolution.

Kanisa claims to uniquely leverage case and customer data in CRM applications to drive context-based resolution workflow, while also supporting multi-channel escalations and writing all data back to the CRM system.
