Customize without coding
Captiva has released InputAccel for Invoices 1.1, which automates invoice data entry, reduces the amount of labor involved in the A/P process and eliminates late fees, the company reports. Captiva further claims the new release out-performs typical template-based capture and includes line item detail capture and seamless SAP software system integration.
New features include:
- template-less applications,
- customizable without coding,
- capture invoice data without templates,
- modular flexibility,
- scale by adding clients/volume,
- scale to enterprise-level capture,
- match line items to P.O., and
- SAP-certified integration for images as well as data.
Additional new capabilities include:
Line Item Detail Capture--both template-less (knowledgebase) extraction and table-based extractions using templates.
A/P Connect Option for SAP R/3 connectivity--provides an interface to the mySAP Supply Chain Management module of an SAP R/3 system.
Archive Export Option for Image Repository Export--allows exporting invoice images to an SAP R/3-connected content server using SAP's ArchiveLink HTTP protocol.
Invoice Audit Trail--an audit log that includes a record of all invoices that were scanned and exported or had an error or other problem during export.
