Business process management (BPM) vendor Lombardi has formed a partnership with Covestic that will allow the business and IT consulting firm to use Lombardi's TeamWorks BPM platform in its customer engagements.

Covestic says the move will enable it to automate all aspects of IT service management (ITSM) operations, compliance initiatives, call center and supply chain processes. The company reports its ITSM and BPM solutions are designed to streamline processes and clarify roles and responsibilities to achieve cost-effective and reliable operations for both IT and business.

Covestic also offers compliance solutions to assist organizations in meeting government regulations and industry-mandated standards by developing process and technology control structures.
