Accusoft Launches PrizmDoc v11.0

Accusoft, a provider of content and imaging solutions, has released version 11.0 of PrizmDoc, the company's flagship document and image processing product.

The new release of the product (formerly Prizm Content Connect) adds new features to help developers accelerate product releases and provide enterprise clients with streamlined document workflows for better accuracy and performance.

With this release, an Accusoft-hosted option is now available for clients who prefer that deployment method, or want to avoid hardware costs and manual installation. For those who prefer to use it on-premises, it will continue to be offered as a self-hosted product.                  

In addition, the release adds document pre-conversion services, available as a developer preview, to reduce the amount of time clients spend waiting for large files to open. Pre-conversion creates and caches the artifacts required for future document viewing or as part of an on-demand viewing session.

And finally, an email conversion service has been introduced to achieve more accurate rendering of email message header information aligned with the message body, as well as as the ability to load and view email messages attached to email message files in EML and MSG formats.
