Insurer opts for end-to-end e-discovery

To streamline its e-discovery systems, The Hanover Insurance Group has implemented the Exterro Fusion suite. The Hanover has deployed the platform to help unify its e-discovery processes, which include legal holds, in-place early case assessment, collections of evidence from multiple data sources, review and production.

Linda Luperchio, director of information lifecycle governance at The Hanover, says, “After conducting a thorough assessment, we determined that it is in the best interest of our company to invest in an advanced architecture to help streamline and improve the management of our e-discovery and information governance processes … We chose Exterro because we believed the company offered the most complete, end-to-end system with built-in workflows, integration capabilities, advanced analytics and intuitive management dashboards in a single platform.”

Exterro Fusion has also been integrated with The Hanover’s legal, HR, ServiceNow IT asset management and single sign-on systems through the Fusion Integration Hub.
