Cebu Pacific Air, a large carrier in the Philippine air transportation industry, has implemented a new workflow and business process management platform.
In the first phase of the implementation, CEB has deployed the solution from K2 in its business travel approval system. Subsequent phases will include the rest of the company’s operational expenditure approvals as well as other workflow initiatives. The goal is to improve process accuracy, visibility and efficiency for CEB’s workforce of 1,600.
Michael Shau, CEB VP for people and administration, says, “We have selected K2 as our business process platform to help streamline workflow development and improve business process efficiencies across the Cebu Pacific organization. K2 will allow us to optimize our SharePoint investments and complement our IT vision and initiatives.”
Cebu Pacific Air offers more than 2,000 weekly flights to 32 domestic and 20 international destinations, from six Philippine hubs.
