BA Insight Introduces Smart Analytics for SharePoint

BA Insight has introduced Smart Analytics for SharePoint to help improve an organization's insight into the user experience. To provide information about how users are interacting with SharePoint, Smart Analytics for SharePoint automatically collects data about the operation and usage of SharePoint sites, content, and search, on-premise or online, and presents the information in a dashboard and set of pre-built reports.     

SharePoint administrators require more information than is offered in out-of-the-box SharePoint reports, particularly around search and content usage patterns, explained Sean Coleman, chief customer officer of BA Insight.  Smart Analytics for SharePoint, he said, takes the guesswork out of driving value from intranet projects, and allows organizations to get real-time actionable data to guide their deployments, increase user engagement and productivity, and speed troubleshooting.

According to the vendor, Smart Analytics for SharePoint provides the level of insight and ease of use found in the best internet search analytics, but built specifically for SharePoint Intranets. The solution approximately 50 reports that are interactive, fully searchable, and exportable, and include KPIs and diagnostic measurements grouped into five key areas: Search Analytics, User Analytics, Query Analytics, Content Analytics, and Search Diagnostics.
