iPhrase and Coremetrics partner
iPhrase Technologies and Coremetrics have joined forces to provide integrated search analytics to retailers, financial services organizations and technology companies.
The companies say the partnership entails combining the iPhrase OneStep platform with Coremetrics Online Analytics 2004 to provide marketing, IT and financial managers with the insight necessary to refine and improve search results. Managers will also gain greater insight into circumstances that cause escalation to higher cost channels when customers are unable to resolve their support questions online.
