Verity and POET create object-oriented knowledge management solution

) has signed an agreement with Verity (Sunnyvale, CA, http://www.verity.com) to include the SEARCH'97 knowledge management solution with its Universal Object NT server. POET users will now have access to high-performance full-text searches for large collections of complex data. This combination provides "a compelling solution" for building robust document management systems, Internet content management and corporate intranet applications, according to POET president Dick Bartels.
