Knexa has released Version 6.3 of its SuiteResponse Citizen Service.
Further, the company says, its FasTrak implementation methodology has also been enhanced based on feedback gained from customer implementations. FasTrak allows for rapid deployment of the SuiteResponse solution and for improved ROI, the company says.
Enhanced features of SuiteResponse Citizen Service Version 6.3 are said to include improved handling of confidential documents, more flexibility in terms of frequency of reminder notices for overdue issues, more administrative functions and an API to SuiteResponse Advisor 2.1. Also included is support for Unicode for multilanguage support to international customers
