Teaming up for full CRM
Believing that a total CRM solution should combine transaction-processing applications with business-analysis apps and technology, Hyperion Solutions and Siebel Systems have agreed to develop, market and sell a suite of e-business analytic applications. Hyperion will integrate its suite of packaged CRM analysis applications and Hyperion Essbase OLAP Server with Siebel's e-business applications.
Under the agreement, Hyperion will integrate Siebel e-businessApplications--including Siebel Sales, Field Service, Call Center and Marketing--with Hyperion Essbase as well as Hyperion's suite of packaged e-CRM analysis applications including its Customer Interaction Center, Web Site Analysis Suite and other future Hyperion e-CRM analysis products.
