TSC to Support Genesys Telephony Products
Technology Solutions Company (TSC, Chicago) has announced that it will deploy and implement Genesys
' (San Francisco) Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) products with its Enterprise Customer Management (ECM) solutions. TSC will also dedicate resources within its Relationship Architecture Design and Deployment (RADD) laboratory to execute the implementation of the Genesys methodology where appropriate. The methodology, already implemented in several consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and financial organizations, will allow companies to implement the Genesys technology from concept to pilot in six weeks. The combined solution will help companies "improve customer loyalty while increasing the efficiency of sales and customer service," according to Genesys COO Michael McCloskey.
