Subaru Brakes for Catalyst's Warehouse Management Software

Subaru of America (Cherry Hills, NJ) has selected Catalyst (Milwaukee) to provide warehouse management solutions. Subaru will use Catalyst's Warehouse Management System (WMS) Release 7.0 as part of its "Parts 2000" initiative to improve parts availability and turnaround time to its distributors and dealers. The system will be deployed over the next two years in seven Subaru distribution centers nationwide. Subaru was looking for a Y2K-compliant warehouse management system to bolster its customer service offerings through its dealer network. They were "impressed not only with the capabilities of the software with respect to our industry, but with the implementation team and process as well," said Keith Tilton, Subaru VP-Parts. Catalyst's WMS system is used in the aftermarket parts market by many automobile manufacturers, including Chrysler, Honda, Renault, and the Case Corporation.
